Both technicians that came to our home were great! They were very personable, and very patient. My mother in-law has a hard time with her English, as it is her second language, but they were both very patient with her, and made sure she understood everything that needed to be done. On their customer service alone I would recommend this company. We live in an old 1980’s trailer which made it hard to find parts needed to fix our heating system, but they did all the research they could to try and find the parts needed. I am so glad I decided to call Mainstream Electric and will continue to use their services in the future.
