Very personable and patient!

Both technicians that came to our home were great! They were very personable, and very patient. My mother in-law has a hard time with her English, as it is her second language, but they were both very patient with her, and made sure she understood everything that needed to be done. On their customer service alone I would recommend this company. We live in an old 1980's trailer which made it hard to find parts needed to fix our heating system, but they did all the research they could to try and find the parts needed. I am so glad I decided to call Mainstream Electric and will continue to use their services in the future.

Our home is 66 years young and it was time to replace the original water lines and sewer lines. I was amazed that they were able to streamline, fix old plumbing mistakes and make our entire water system user friendly. Thank you Cody, Donovan and the third guy that I can't remember his name. They were all professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Cody was respectful, personable, courteous, answered all our questions we had during his visit, knowledgeable. Cody helped us get in touch of the appropriate people, to finance the work that our home needs. He helped get the work scheduled so that we wont need to wait longer to get the work taken care of.

I had Mainstream come out for an annual inspection of my hot water heater. After the inspection, it was determined that the water heater needs to be replaced. The technician, Cory, was very professional and made all of the necessary arrangements. Later the same day, Shane came out and replaced the water heater. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the employees and the work that was completed by Mainstream.

How Does a Trenchless Sewer Line Repair Work?

When executing a trenchless sewer line repair, first an expert plumber must cut a small opening into the sewer pipe to insert a tiny camera for inspection. This will let the plumber assess the damage and know how to proceed.

After the plumber has determined the best course of action , they can repair the problem from inside the pipe. This saves homeowners the costs of digging, refilling the hole, and landscaping all over again. This process usually takes 1-2 days compared to 5 days for the traditional trench method.

Signs that your Sewer Line May Be Leaking

Foul sewage/gas smell in your home

Random soggy or flourishing parts of your lawn

Blockages and clogs

Slow drains
