Very personable and patient! Both technicians that came to our home were great! They were very personable, and very patient. My mother in-law has a hard time with her English, as it is her second language, but they were both very patient with her, and made sure she understood everything that needed to be done. On their customer service alone I would recommend this company. We live in an old 1980's trailer which made it hard to find parts needed to fix our heating system, but they did all the research they could to try and find the parts needed. I am so glad I decided to call Mainstream Electric and will continue to use their services in the future.
Great seasonal service!Great seasonal service today on our furnace and air handler/AC unit. Matt Miller did a very courteous and professional job describing all that he was doing and did and made additional recommendations on future service and care. He was very knowledgeable and had great interpersonal skills. We have used Mainstream for other projects as well and have always been satisfied with the work performed. I can say with honesty that they have not always been the cheapest, but they have always been the best. 'Good service is not cheap and cheap service is not good.' If you ever need a plumber, electrician or HVAC specialist, I highly recommend Mainstream.
Very EfficientDonovan was extremely professional, offered common sense solutions and completed the work in 1/2 day less than we were quoted! He even took the time to mortar set the tub even though the instructions from Delta said it wasn't required. The attention to detail showed and the new bathroom will be great because of their efforts!
Great ServiceWe had some plumbing work done by Mainstream. The plumber (Sam) they sent out was GREAT. He listened to what we wanted done; gave us advice about things that could become issues and was very conscientious. We took his advice about our 15+ year old water heater and replaced it. My husband raves about how great it is to have really hot water. We plan to have Mainstream do work for us in the future.
Above & BeyondTechnician Steve, was very thorough in his investigation. Went above what I asked for, we had a black water flood and I was just asking to have the toilet and sink reinstalled. He put his camera through my sewer system to make sure that we were not going to have future issues. He made sure that I was able to see what he saw. It was educational to say the least and he was great at explaining what was in there. Feel very safe using his services and do not feel that he is taking advantage in any way. Highly recommend Steve!!
Highly RecommendHighly Recommended- My first time using this company for the water heater flush special for $99. Good value. The serviceman Brent was knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. He explained things well. He was friendly and used shoe covers and face mask, even though I didn’t require it. I appreciated the good service and clean work. I also received a follow up phone call from their office after the work was done.
Highly RecommendThe entire team was very responsive and nice. Handled scheduling quickly. Process was clearly outlined at multiple points in the job to ensure expectations were being met. Took 48 hours from time I reached out to complete issue resolution. Highly recommend
Great Service! Our water heater was making noises it shouldn’t. Chandler was professional and very knowledgeable. He educated us on the issues and answered all of our questions. I recommend this company.
What are Common Signs of a Furnace in Need of Repair?
Even when your home furnace system is still heating your home, there are common warning signs Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing knows to look for. If you notice any of the following, a heating system problem may be present and it's time to call the professionals at Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing for a broken furnace repair:
Is Your Furnace On But Not Producing Enough Heat?
Is your home furnace unit on but not giving off enough heat on a cold Washington winter's day? Your furnace may have a clogged, dirty air filter, which is one of the main causes of a furnace breakdown.
Is Your Home's Furnace Making Drastic Temperature Changes or Not Heating at All?
Your gas furnace could be experiencing a thermostat failure or malfunction. A faulty thermostat can lead to fan, pilot light, power, or gas issues & ruin the comfort of your home. Restore comfort levels by giving Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing a call to get a furnace repair diagnostic before any work is done.
Home Furnace Systems in WA are Prone to Cracking During Seasonal Changes in Temperature
Over time, changes in temperature may cause your gas furnace's heat exchanger to crack, a potentially very dangerous situation, as cracks can allow carbon monoxide to seep into your home. Call a Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing furnace expert right away to have your home's furnace professionally diagnosed & repaired.
Experiencing Pilot Light or Electric Ignition Issues?
If your furnace isn't turning on at all, a common explanation is an issue with your pilot light or electronic ignition. Older furnace heating systems with a pilot light that continues to go out may seem like a small problem, but it can actually be wasting a lot of money and cause an increase on your monthly Spokane Valley, Washington gas bill. As the weather gets colder, a flickering pilot light will make your furnace work harder and cause unnecessary wear & tear, and a much more costly bill.
