We guarantee that customers will be given an accurate quote before any work begins, no hidden fees. Guaranteed quote is valid for 72 hours.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will work with you to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a 10% inconvenience refund up to $1,000.

Install Guarantee

Any HVAC install over $3,000 will be certified and quality reviewed by a manager internally to ensure workmanship, quality, and standards are adhered to. If there are any issues with the install, we’ll come out and make it right. Leak Guarantee

We guarantee that any leaks will be fixed properly, or we will return to resolve at no extra cost.

No Backup Guarantee

We guarantee that there will be no backup on drain clearing and sewer replacements. If you have a backup or slowing of drainage, we’ll come out at no charge to check it out. If it’s related to our work, we’ll make it right.

What's covered, what's not, and what we ask of you

We believe in transparency. Here's exactly how the guarantee works in every scenario.

Exclusions and Limitations

The Home Comfort Guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear. Issues that arise from regular use and aging of equipment beyond its expected service life.
  • Customer-provided parts. No warranty is provided for parts or fixtures not supplied by Mainstream. Manufacturer warranties on customer-supplied items go through the supplier directly.
  • Unauthorized modifications. Any work that has been altered or modified by another service provider after our service voids the guarantee on the original work.
  • Extreme conditions. Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, wildfires, lightning strikes), wildlife or pest intrusion, accidents, vandalism, misuse, or neglect of recommended maintenance.

Conditions for the Guarantee

To remain valid, the guarantee requires:

  • Proper usage. Equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and intended purpose.
  • Regular maintenance. Annual tune-ups and recommended maintenance must be performed on schedule — Care Club membership handles this automatically.
  • Prompt reporting. Any issue covered by the guarantee must be reported to us within 30 days of its occurrence.

Resolution and Remedies

When a covered issue arises, we will, depending on the situation:

  • Repair the faulty work or part at no additional charge.
  • Replace any defective parts covered under the guarantee.
  • Refund your payment, in part or in full, if the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction — including the 10% inconvenience refund (up to $1,000) under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service, we ask that you:

  • Provide access. Ensure the service area is safely accessible to our technicians.
  • Share accurate information. Give us complete details about the issue, prior repairs, and any equipment history.
  • Cooperate with our team. Allow our technicians to diagnose and complete the repair without interruption.

Modifications

Mainstream reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers prior to taking effect. The terms in force at the time of service apply to that service.
