Installed a complete Lennox heat pump and furnace package in a Chattaroy home — permitted, inspected, and ready for every season.
Tom’s existing HVAC in Chattaroy was aging and no longer performing reliably — uneven heat, worn components, and several layout issues that no longer met current code. We designed a full-system replacement with new Lennox equipment to deliver consistent comfort and meet every code requirement.
What we installed
- New Lennox furnace
- New Lennox heat pump on fresh equipment pad
- Downflow conversion kit, pump-ups, and heat strip
- Updated refrigerant line set and electrical hookups
- Spokane County mechanical and WA L&I electrical permits
- Condensate protection and full system startup testing
The result
Both mechanical and electrical inspections passed on the first attempt. The home now has steady, efficient heating and cooling, improved airflow, and a fully warrantied system built for the area’s seasonal temperature swings.
