Was having trouble getting the instant water heater started Steven McGloflin arrived and fixed the issue as well as walk me thr Maintenance procedures for the water heater, thanks Steven 🙂

Tanner is a excellent Plummer repair man, he was on time. And he repair my outside water faucet and put in inside water faucet box for future repairs if needed. He was very knowledgeable in the work he is doing. And very present to talk to. I will be calling Mainstream for any future home repairs

Our technician, Tanner, arrived to what he thought would be a quick easy repair at the end of a long Friday after another plumber canceled at the last minute. He ended up working well past 8pm to get us situated. Through the whole experience, he was friendly, reassuring, and never let us feel like we'd be left in a lurch or that we were inconveniencing him. His commitment to resolving the issue at hand AND the problem that caused it are why we immediately scheduled a few other jobs we've been putting off. Highly recommend!!!

Tanner did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything needed gets done, and done right. He is pleasant, friendly, honest and just plain nice. If I need anything done in the future, I will definitely request Tanner.

Austin, Pierce and Steven were all fantastic. Punctual, friendly and effective. They helped us identify issues caused by delayed maintenance and helped work through why our dishwasher wasn't as effective as I was needing. I especially appreciate their consideration of financing. Never do I feel pressured into an upsell and the advice always seems practical and budgetable. Over all, Mainstream is always my first call for plumbing and electric. I have yet to be disappointed with their service. Thanks again!

On time to the appointment, courtesy call before hand, very nice employee and he found the problem fairly quickly.

Check air conditioner and gas furnace take sure all was working as it should...on time, very courteous, went right to work, and explained everything in layman's terms
