Is there an after-hours surcharge?
No. Our flat-rate pricing is the same at 2am Sunday as at 2pm Tuesday. The diagnostic fee, labor rate, and parts pricing don’t change for after-hours calls.
How fast can someone get to me?
For most emergency calls in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, our typical ETA is 30–90 minutes. We always give you a real ETA when we dispatch — and we’ll text you when the tech is on the way with a live tracking link.
What if I need a part you don't carry?
We get parts from the manufacturer’s nearest distributor — typically same-day or next-morning. If a critical repair has to wait for a part, we offer portable cooling and prioritize getting you reconnected as soon as the part arrives.
What should I do while I wait?
Shut the system off at the thermostat. Close blinds and shades on sun-facing windows. If the indoor coil is iced, leave the fan on (Auto → On) to thaw faster. Move kids, seniors, and pets to the coolest room in the house.
