Sewer Services
The sewer line is the part of your plumbing nobody thinks about — until it backs up, smells, or sinks the lawn above it. When that happens, you need a real diagnosis, not a guess. Our team starts every sewer job with an HD camera in the line so you can see exactly what’s wrong before any work is quoted.
From a small spot repair to a full trenchless sewer-line replacement, we handle the entire scope: sewer camera inspections, main line repairs, sewer line replacement, trenchless sewer lining, and plumbing excavation. One licensed crew, one flat-rate quote, one written warranty.
When to Call
Sewer problems rarely fix themselves. Most get worse fast — a small root intrusion this year is a collapsed line next year. If you see any of these, schedule an inspection.
When more than one drain backs up at the same time, the problem is in the main line.
Lush green patches or soggy ground over the sewer line is a classic sign of a leaking or broken main.
If a drain cleaning won't hold for more than a few months, you have a structural problem in the line.
Air being pulled past a partial blockage in the main line — early warning of a full backup.
A cracked sewer line under the lawn or driveway leaking gas to the surface.
A sinkhole or settling foundation can mean the sewer line has collapsed and the soil is washing away.

We feed an HD camera on a flexible cable through your nearest cleanout and down the sewer line. You watch the video on a screen with our tech, who points out roots, cracks, offsets, bellies, and any other issues. We can also locate the depth and surface position of any problem with an electronic locator. Footage is yours to keep.
Camera footage drives the decision. A small crack or offset is usually a spot repair. Multiple issues spread along the line, root intrusion at multiple joints, or scale buildup is usually a trenchless liner. A collapsed pipe, severe belly, or pipe that’s bellied below grade needs replacement — sometimes trenchless, sometimes traditional excavation.
Cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining: we install a resin-saturated liner inside your existing sewer line through an existing cleanout. The liner cures in place, creating a brand-new pipe inside the old one — typically warrantied 10–50 years. No digging up the yard, no driveway tear-out.
When the existing pipe is too damaged to host a liner, when grade needs to be re-set, when there’s a major belly, or when a section needs to be removed entirely. We use the smallest dig that gets the job done — and our crew handles backfill, compaction, and surface restoration.
Trenchless lining typically requires only an access pit at one or two points — most landscaping stays intact. Open excavation requires a trench, and we restore lawn, sod, and hardscape as part of the scope. We’ll walk you through what to expect and show you photos of similar projects before we start.
Trenchless liners are typically installed in a single day. Open-trench replacements run 1–3 days depending on length and depth. Full excavation with surface restoration can take 3–5 days. We give you a fixed schedule with the quote.
Camera inspections and spot repairs include a 1-year Mainstream labor warranty. CIPP liners come with a 10–50 year manufacturer warranty depending on the system. Sewer line replacements include both labor and pipe warranties — we put it all in writing before work starts.
