I bought a new faucet — can you install it?
Absolutely. We install customer-supplied faucets, fixtures, toilets, and disposals every day. If the existing shutoffs or supply lines need replacement, we’ll let you know up front and quote them as part of the flat-rate price.
How long does a fixture install take?
Most single-fixture installs (faucet, toilet, disposal) take 60–90 minutes. Shower valve replacements can take 2–4 hours depending on access. Full remodel rough-ins are quoted by the project.
Should I repair or replace my fixture?
For most fixtures under 8 years old, repair is usually the better call. Older fixtures, ones with hard-to-find parts, or anything with corroded internals are usually replacement candidates. We’ll show you the tradeoffs honestly — including the long-term water savings of newer low-flow models.
Do you do dishwasher installs?
Yes — the plumbing side. We handle the supply line, shutoff, drain connection, and air gap (where required). If the dishwasher cabinet needs modification or new electrical, we coordinate with our in-house electricians or your appliance installer.
Will it match my decor?
Yes. We service every major fixture brand and finish — chrome, brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, matte black, polished brass. If you want a specific brand or finish we don’t stock, we’ll order it and complete the install once it arrives.
Is the work warrantied?
Every job includes a 1-year Mainstream labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures range from 1 year to lifetime depending on brand. Care Club members get a 2-year extended labor warranty.
