Yes. A real dispatcher — not an automated system or callback service — answers every call, 24/7/365. They confirm your address, the symptoms, and dispatch the closest qualified tech with a real ETA.
Is there an after-hours surcharge?
No. Our flat-rate pricing is the same at 2am Sunday as at 2pm Tuesday. The diagnostic fee, labor rate, and parts pricing don’t change for after-hours calls. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
How fast can someone get to me?
For most emergency drain calls in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, our typical ETA is 30–90 minutes. We always give you a real ETA when we dispatch — and we’ll text you when the tech is on the way with a live tracking link.
What should I do while I wait?
Stop using all water in the house — every flush adds to the backup. Move valuables off basement floors. If sewage has come up indoors, keep kids and pets out of the area. We’ll handle the rest.
What if a cable can't clear it?
If a standard cable doesn’t break through, we have a hydrojet on most trucks for grease and root blockages. If the line is collapsed or broken, we’ll camera-inspect, locate the failure point, and quote a flat-rate spot repair or replacement.
