Do I need to be a licensed tradesperson to apply?
Not for every role. We hire experienced HVAC, plumbing, and electrical professionals where licensing is required, plus apprentices, dispatchers, customer-care reps, install helpers, and office staff. Tell us what you do and we’ll match you to the right opening.
What's the schedule like?
Field roles run a standard daytime schedule with a limited on-call rotation — we only dispatch true emergencies after hours for existing customers. Everything else gets booked for the next day. Office and customer-care roles run standard business hours.
Do you provide tools and a vehicle?
Yes — for field roles. We provide a fully-stocked service vehicle assigned to you, fuel covered, plus iPad, iPhone, uniforms, and most tools (excluding personal hand tools).
