Membership Benefits
As a Care Club member, you receive the following benefits for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing:
- Priority Service: Members move to the front of the scheduling line whenever service is required.
- Annual Tune-Ups: One precision HVAC tune-up per covered system per year, plus an annual whole-home plumbing safety inspection.
- Waived Dispatch Fees: Standard service-call fees are waived for active members on diagnostic visits to the covered address.
- 5% Off Repairs: A 5% discount is automatically applied to standard repair pricing for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services performed by Mainstream technicians.
- Members-Only Deals: Receive exclusive seasonal offers and promotions throughout the year, available to active members only.
Benefits apply only to the property listed on the membership account.
Annual Membership Renewal and Fees
Care Club is a continuous monthly membership program billed at $9.99 per month (plus any applicable tax) to the payment method on file. By enrolling, you authorize Mainstream Home Services to charge your selected payment method each month until you cancel.
Pricing is subject to change with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to the email address or mailing address on file. Continued use of the membership after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Memberships renew automatically each month. Prorated refunds are not provided for partial months in which the membership is active. Annual benefits (such as tune-ups and inspections) reset on each membership anniversary date and do not roll over if unused.
Payment Terms
Recurring monthly payments are processed automatically on or near your enrollment anniversary date each month via the credit card, debit card, or bank account on file. It is the member’s responsibility to keep payment information accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails, Mainstream will attempt to charge the card on file up to three additional times over the next seven (7) days. If payment cannot be successfully processed within fourteen (14) days of the original due date, the membership will be suspended and benefits paused until the account is brought current.
One-time service charges, repair invoices, and parts purchases outside of standard membership benefits are billed separately at the time of service.
Member Eligibility
Care Club membership is available to residential property owners and renters (with property owner authorization) located within Mainstream’s active service area. Memberships are not available for commercial, industrial, multi-tenant, or property-management applications without a separate signed commercial agreement.
One membership covers one residential address. To enroll additional properties, please contact our office. Memberships are held in the name of an individual member and are tied to a specific service address.
Discounts on Repairs and Services
The 5% repair discount applies to standard published or quoted pricing for diagnostic, repair, and installation labor performed by Mainstream-employed technicians on covered HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems at the membership address.
The discount does not apply to: third-party warranty work, manufacturer recalls, parts purchased outside of Mainstream, financed equipment installations already at a promotional price, or any service already discounted through another promotion, coupon, or special offer. Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Member Referral Program
Active Care Club members in good standing may participate in the member referral program. When a referred household enrolls in Care Club and remains active for at least sixty (60) consecutive days, the referring member will receive a one-time credit applied to their account (amount published on our current promotions page).
Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. Mainstream reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with notice to active members.
Member Responsibility
To receive full benefit of the program, members are responsible for:
- Maintaining safe, accessible work areas around HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
- Scheduling annual tune-ups and safety inspections during the membership year.
- Notifying Mainstream of changes to address, contact, or payment information.
- Operating systems within manufacturer specifications.
Mainstream is not responsible for service delays, damage, or loss arising from inaccessible equipment, undisclosed pre-existing conditions, member-attempted repairs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Care Club membership at any time by contacting Mainstream by phone, by email, or in writing. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges will be applied after that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual benefits (tune-ups, inspections) already used during the active membership year are not refundable on cancellation. Discounts applied to repair invoices during the membership remain honored.
Re-Enrollment
If your membership lapses or is cancelled, you may re-enroll at any time. Re-enrollment is treated as a new membership effective on the date of re-enrollment; prior membership tenure does not carry forward and annual-benefit usage windows reset.
If your account was previously suspended for non-payment, any outstanding balance must be settled before re-enrollment is processed.
