I had a clogged toilet and made an appointment online. I was shocked when I was told it would be the same day! Kieran called me 30 minutes out, and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes. He was knowledgeable, thorough, funny (a bonus for sure!), and made sure all my questions were answered. I was a little leery at how much it was going to cost due to my past experience with another company's price gouging, but to my delight, I was charged a fair price and went on with my day. Needed a plumber to fix a water leak right a way on Thanksgiving eve. Called Mainstream and they were able to get a technician to my house within an hour! Steve did a great job of taking care of the leak and checking plumbing in the house at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Mainstream for any plumbing repairs.

We had a great experience with Kieran Cook! He showed up in less than 24 hours of our call. He didn’t have a long enough auger for the clog the first time he came so he came back within a few hours with a longer one and got the problem fixed the same day. We’ve been having this same drainage problem for years and have had many plumbers come through- he is the first that took the time to give an in-depth explanation as well as a list of possible short and long term solutions. At the end of it, he didn’t charge any more than the original quote despite the job taking much more time than planned. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the both the low price and the job well done!

Mainstream replaced all of our outlets/switches is past spring and installed an ac unit for us. This past week we had issues with our upstairs lights not working. Brandon and Patrick came out sort out the issue for us and ended up figuring out where the issue origionated from and helped us avoid what absolutely would have been a major house fire! Can't thank these guys enough for the service they provided us, and funny and friendly to boot. Thanks Brandon and Patrick we would have been in a big pickle otherwise!

My canister lights were flickering, so I called Mainstream Electric. They sent out Kendel for the repair. His customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond anything I expected. He replaced my non working canister lighting and made some adjustments to my existing canisters that were still in working order to help me stay within my financial budget while having optimal usage of my lighting.
