We had our breaker box replaced today. We found out that the house electrical was not grounded. Now we are grounded thanks to main Street electric, Sam and Dan and a third guy. These individuals were courteous professional and had a lot of knowledge with the questions that we had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future that needs electrical work done, specifically Dan and Sam and the third guy. Thank you Sam and Dan for a wonderful experience. We will obviously use you in the future for any electrical needs we may run across.

Had our breaker box replaced today. Sam and Dan (and a nameless too late for me guy) came to our home in the time frame stated. They began their work. They were very courteous and efficient. They went through the home and checked all the electrical places, made sure everything was working and answered all our questions with confident knowledge and experience. I would definitely recommend the 2 (3) of them to anyone that needs electrical work done. Thank you so much and will use them in the future if necessary!!

I had an appointment for drain clearing today. Kieran was wonderful & very knowledgeable. He took care of my problem, answered all of my questions & explained things to me in layman's terms. Kieran called 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way & arrived on time. Kieran was professional & polite. Thank you Mainstream & Kieran. I am very satisfied with the service I received today. If you dare look, I am sharing a picture of what was causing my slow drain. It's disgusting 🫣.

Our experience from start to finish with Mainstream has been nothing but exceptional. Every employee has been kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. Mya in customer service, Kari the dispatcher, Steve in sales and Tristan and Jake the technicians. Everyone has been wonderful. We will definitely use Mainstream in the future for any of our heating, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Kyle and Jacob spent 3 days at our house in athol installing new mini splits with 4 heads. They were very professional and have great work ethic. As have every other mainstream employee we've had at our house. Mainstream always does a very good job and has for us in the past. Highly recommend them. They always do great work.

Prompt and thorough service

Extremely happy with the service I received from Mainstream Plumbing today. Started the day out with a clogged kitchen drain ~ went online & was able to make an appointment today ~ which very rarely happens with other companies. My technician offered me a few estimates for solving my problem along with including preventative maintenance on our heating/air system & hot water tank. All estimates were reasonable & each one was explained in detail. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into my decision~which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Mainstream to anyone ~ my experience was professional, educational & my technician was very personable.
