Backflow assembly installation required for property sprinkler system. Difficult installation process due to previous owners self installation of sprinkler system. Tech Steven McGloflin did a wonderful job getting the installation done considering the challenge he was faced with.

We had a leaking hot water heater and Mainstream was so helpful from the first phone call. They were able to get somebody out the next morning. Cody arrived right on time. He inspected the 30+year old water heater and gave us three options for replacement. Cody was understanding that this was stressful and answered all our questions and repeating things to make sure we understood. I kind of wondered if he had some training as a therapist! LOL. He was able to get a team here that afternoon to take care of removal and install. Josh and Nick showed up on time, actually a little earlier than I had expected, which was great. They were both super polite and got the job taken care of. They cleaned up everything perfectly and gave us a tour of our new water heater. Everybody I dealt with at Mainstream was extremely professional and very kind.

He called promptly at the promised time, arrived professional and respectful, and immediately helped put us at ease. From the start, he thoroughly explained the process step by step, including the possible outcomes and pricing options, so we felt informed and involved the entire time. Thankfully, he was able to successfully retrieve my engagement ring from the piping — something incredibly sentimental and important to me. What really stood out was how much care and pride he took in his work beyond just fixing the issue. He made sure everything was functioning properly afterward and even took the extra time to caulk a small spot near the overflow cap, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and detail-oriented. You can tell Ricky genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely use him again in the future if needed. Highly recommend!
