Robert exhibited the following: polite, efficient, knowledgeable, good communication of problem & how to fix it. My appointment window was 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Robert arrived at about 12:45 p.m., fixed the problem within 30 to 40 minutes. And Robert did a quality job, plus, answered my questions.

Very professional and extremely quick. I scheduled a water heater flush and it turned out that the water heater needed to be replaced (it was very old). The new water heater and a water softener (which I didn't have previously) were installed same day.
