Excellent communication processes- phone, text & email. Same day service, no charge to drive around the lake to our home; & clean up behind themselves. They cover plumbing. Electrical, HVAC, water heaters… they took care of all we needed. Free follow up and check up/ services.

Hot water tank service and flush! Tech called to let me know he was on the way, was polite and professional upon arrival! Was in and out in a timely manner! Really nice guy! Asked if had anything else that I needed attended to before leaving!

This was my first time with Mainstream and I was very pleased with the service. Cody came out to assess my water heater replacement. He informed, explained and gave me costs. Shane and Paul came out and installed it and Patrick did the electrical upgrades. All were professional and courteous. Their services were much appreciated. Second visit—Shane and Paul did some trouble shooting and repair on my shower. Success! Same good service!

*Editing to add on* Rich and Greg literally saved us from having to move. Our existing laundry closet could not accomodate a full sized washer and dryer (a necessity for our family of 5). They went above and beyond retrofitting our space to fit in our new full sized machines. It all came out so beautifully and I am so grateful! Charlie and Nick were punctual, professional, and proficient; all the "p's" necessary for excellent customer service. They put in a new 20v outlet for our washer as our existing alcove only had the dryer outlet. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly. More than happy with Mainstream, amazing customer service! I'd recommend to anyone.

I had a good experience calling mainstream. Has a tech out within 24hrs and fixed my problem for a reasonable price. Would recommend based on my experience.

I apologize for the late review. We contacted Mainstream in January to install a 220 volt outlet in our garage in anticipation of purchasing an electric car. The fantastic service began when I spoke to the polite, informative person who answered the phone and continued to the electricians who arrived promptly, advised us what they were doing throughout the installation. Very professional and the outlet works great! Thank you!
