Kieran, was extremely professional, explained my options fully, answered my questions and did the work effectively, cleaned up everything and left his card incase I had follow up questions or iasues.

Mainstream wanted to charge me over $700 to replace a gas control valve on my water heater that I already have the part for. I called on them to do the work only because I don't have time to do it myself and because I had a good experience with them in the past. Didn't expect it to be that much to replace a valve. For $700 I'll make time to change out the valve myself. I paid the $80 they charged to tell me it would be $700. Too bad they couldn't have told me it would be that much when I called. Otherwise I could have saved $80. Mainstream didn't make me smile today!! 02/08/2023- Got a call from Krystal at Mainstream and she wanted to know what they could do to make me happy. I told her that I felt the price to do the work was too high and that if I would have known it was going to be that high, I would not have had them come out. She said she would see what she could do to reach a price point that would be more suitable for me and if she couldn't, she will refund the $80 service call fee from the day before. After a few minutes she got back with me and said she could lower the cost by a couple hundred dollars. It was still more than I was willing to pay so she promptly said she will refund the service call fee. Bottom line, Mainstream stream is a reputable company that will go out of their way to make their customers happy. They stay true to their motto by making you smile. Krystal made me smile even after a not so positive experience. I will definitely use them again for any other needs that may arise " but I will try to find out what is will cost first", lol. Keep up the good work Mainstream!!!

Technician called before the appointment and established ETA, arriving on time. Polite and appeared to do a good job.

Zach was very professional, conscientious. He made available to us photos of the dust and debris in our furnace. We are contemplating having the furnace detailed and the ducts cleaned as he recommended. We would definitely recommend Mainstream to anyone.
