I was searching for someone to look at my water heater but got alot of excuses and time delays and out of area service answers. From start to finish, everyone was extremely helpful. I called on Thursday they said I could have someone there that day or when I needed it. I was working so they were there the next day at 9am and Steve was amazing. He explained everything to us and also looked at all our plumbing that was none issue. We will have our water heater replaced on Monday (2 days later) from them. I have to say, my husband and I were in Aww. From start to finish..this Company has been above and beyond in service!! So many people involved but got everything worked out within hours!! The prices and service charge was the most reasonable after me calling SEVERAL other well advertised companies! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Thank you Mainstream!!! R Smith

Had a grease clog in my kitchen sink that was beyond the p-trap. They cam in and made quick work of removing the clog and did a decent job of cleaning up after.

Technician was extremely professional, explained what he was doing, and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

I had the opportunity to work with Zach, Adam, Wyatt, and Norm. They all demonstrated a high level of competency and professionalism. I appreciated their honesty. Technician was on time and very precessional. Explained details about the furnace. Very nice guy.

Joseph Garcia was the plumbing service technician sent to my home for a shower drainage issue. Every time I used the kitchen sink upstairs the shower drain downstairs would fill up and over flow the shower floor. George was there on time. He presented him self as the one that is there to help. He ran his snake down the shower drain a couple of times. He made it happen. He unclogged the drain. The water is now draining the way it is supposed to be. He is the man! I will go with Mainstream again.

The service tech Joseph that attended to our sewer drain issue was extremely competent, professional and proficient. He was a very pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for your needs.

The plumbers Josh and Warren did a great job for me today. They installed two new toilets one of which needed new connecting parts. They also fixed a leaky shower. I appreciate their prompt arrival as well as speedy work that involved going under the house in the crawl space (and spiders). By having two technicians instead of one made the job go efficiently. It's the reason I hire Mainstream!

Charlie was great! He was on time and went above and beyond with his service.
