He asked if I had any other things he could help with and we discussed a plan to update my electrical and add a generator. This has been on my mind for some time as power outages in winter are pretty common where I live. We will be working together on this plan in the next year. Robert was courteous, respectful, compassionate and very professional. He told me about options for our repair and listened to my comments and questions. He stayed with the job until we were certain we had no further issues before leaving after a long day. No one I know likes to spend substantial amounts of money for unplanned repairs. Neither do I but Robert's attention to our needs made this particular experience less painful. Mainstream has been very pleasant and helpful in follow up conversations after the repair. How often do you hear someone ask "How can I make you smile?" when you call with questions or concerns? First time for me!

Mike Z performed our service. He was most helpful with solutions and explanations to problems. His work was completed tin a timely fashion, he cleaned up any mess that he made. We are planning a remodel and will request Mike Z to be our electrician.

Tony did a great job for us. He kept us informed on when he was arriving each morning and reasons for leaving when he needed supplies. He was very considerate of our house. He always had shoe protection on when inside the residence and the job required going inside and outside a lot. He did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and why it was needed. He was a very hard worker, I never saw him take a break when he was at our house for 3 days and much of the work, new breaker box, was done in the unheated garage area with the temperature below freezing. Thanks for all your hard work, dedication and expertise Tony.

If you have an old or new home you don't need to worry. My house is over a hundred years old. Everything is checked out to make sure your wiring is safe. They provide prompt courteous service. My overhead fanlight was repaired and I'm happy to recommend Mainstream to others.

Great service! An efficient receptionist took my call and provided me with all necessary information about their company, scheduling, options for payment, etc. The electrician, Don arrived on time, assessed the situation, provided an exact quote, and resolved our issue.
