My Service electrician Jeff and his apprentice Marc came to my house, surveyed the job, identified contingencies, and gave me a quote to complete the work. They came back the next day on the agreed schedule and completed the job. Marc did an excellent job putting in a new outlet and cleaned up with absolutely no marks on the wall and no dirt or dust. This is the third time I have used Mainstream and would highly recommend them for any electrical projects.

Had a/c unit leaking all the time and called several HVAC companies. No one could fix the problem. Finally called Mainstream. Several attempts to fix the leak but to no avail. Jim from Mainstream came out and was very knowledgeable and wouldn't not stop trying. On his third time coming out he found a solution which so far has worked! He did not give up and that shows that Mainstream hires the best! Thanks Jim! (fingers crossed)

We had a minor plumbing issue that was fixed incredibly fast, and the plumber was superbly helpful with input and insights on other questions I had as well. I would highly recommend Mainstream to anyone needing plumbing work done. I have used other local companies and had awful results prior to finding Mainstream and wish I'd known about them years ago. Jake from Mainstream Electric came out when my air conditioner stopped working. He is a very personable young man and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what the problem was. He was able to locate and obtain the part that I needed and quickly installed it. He provided great customer service and I would recommend him to my friends and family. Ryan from Mainstream came out to replace a leaky outdoor water faucet. He did a great job locating where the pipes were and subsequently fixing the problem. He was very professional and also gave us some advice in regards to our water heater. We will definitely use Mainstream again for any of our plumbing or even heating needs. The previous two calls from two different companies didn’t get my problem fixed. They weren’t here very long, because they were extremely efficient. I guess that’s a bonus from a dispatch fee vs the hourly rate companies. Both men that came out were extremely nice and forthcoming. They were happy to help and to explain what was going on in a way I could understand. I won’t be using anyone else again.

Excellent job this company is fantastic at tracking down exactly what was wrong in the 1950's style rancher we live in. As anyone who lives here knows these homes can be problematic as over the years they've usually been updated by nonprofessionals. You really don't know what's up to code etc. All of the one's who work here are very professional as well as courteous. Highly recommend this company
