We were completely satisfied with Mainstream’s handling of our heating/AC maintenance. Jake was very professional the entire time. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered varying solutions for our systems. We appreciated the he was not high pressure to choose on the spot to fix things that might breakdown in the future. We will call Mainstream with any and all issues and maintenance that comes up with our heating or a/c.

Jake came out to the house to inspect or air conditioner and furnace. This was a free inspection because the installation was last fall and the air conditioner hadn't been turned on yet. Jake was on time, courteous, and explained things well. Everything checked out just fine. I would call mainstream again if needed.

I called several plumbing companies to come out same day and all said no except for Mainstream Plumbing. I explained that my mother had been without hot water for days and Sierra sent a tech out within 2 hours to look at my mom's water heater. This was going to be paid for through home warranty company and having a rocky start with the tech, I contacted Jim Kieffer who took charge to remedy the situation. He explained to us the costs and service involved with replacing water heater, explained new code upgrades/permit process and contacted home warranty supervisor to get approval to replace water heater. He went out of his way to work with home warranty to get approved. He was extremely professional and really made us feel like he had our best interest at heart. The technicians did a great job installing my new A/C unit. They were on time, polite, and asked me questions when they needed to. When they completed the installation, they showed me the new A/C unit and asked if the new unit was satisfactory.

The tech that came out was Jake, let me tell you he knew what he was talking about for sure. Great people person too, he did not pressure me to buy. He told me what I needed and what it would cost.
