Mainstream has been great with my plumbing issue recently and I’m using the membership plan to keep my hvac well maintained. Gabe was solid in his visit. Glad they were able to fix up my leak and make sure my heating was ready for the winter.

Sam came to my home and though it was a little bit of a hunt to find the electrical issue I was having, he did a great job and explained what was going on. He even had little show booties to keep my home clean while we had to walk around to discover our issue. Even gave us an estimate on some potential upgrades we will be needing in the future. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Quick, easy and simple company to work with. Within 2 days had a furnace diagnosis and replacement. Open and transparent with me like I asked. Helped me out with financing more than I ever expected on their end. Old furnace was not fixable, quote and diagnostic done in the same day. Next day new crew to replace old with a new one and done by 10 am. Thank you so very much for a wonderful customer service experience and actually caring for my family like it was your own.
