After our pressure breaker on water heater started dripping, I called Steve Sunday night who walked me through the steps to stop it dripping via facetime. Tracey arrived Early Monday morning and fixed problem within an hour and ensured a pressure bladder was installed as per code. Wonderful experience! Thanks mainstream.

Mainstream was great. Having a plugged up drain on Christmas eve is not good. They came out and had it cleared in no time. Very affordable, very professional.

Water heater down, bad timing with Christmas. I called Mainstream basically in the middle of the night because water was leaking everywhere. Not a easy deal with family staying from out of town. Yes, I mitigated any further damages by shutting down the leaky water heater the best I could. Steve the service writer from Mainstream came out within an hour. New water heater installed same day. Jack did a great job. Pricing was as expected.

Our technician was pretty awesome he took care of the problem which was basically a filter problem and showed us exactly the right way to change to a new filter and how often and set our thermostat to where we now have heat again, very awesome job thank you so much!

Project started with Ricky unblocking my drain very fast and professional work,ran camera through my line and was able to see main pipe was failing so decided to go with the trench less repair. Dylan and Matt handled that in 3 days and also did a very professional job, replaced all my sprinkler system that was in the way and put everything back as well as could be expected. Brought in some topsoil to level out where compacting left my flowerbed low. Very happy with speed and quality of work

Nick unclogged my kitchen sink and was very patient and kind. He explained all the steps and was courteous. Thank you Nick for being a great worker. We need more people in the work force like Nick.

Mainstream generally identified the source of the failure as being before the breaker panel. The utility had earlier determined it couldn't be their feed based on smart meter diagnostics. The utility was wrong. A follow on field call by the utility found a failed neutral.

Had a plumbing issue I had given up on, called for help. Ricky came out to look things over, and discovered that I had stopped too soon. He was very kind and polite about the whole process. Would definitely use Mainstream again!

Matt and Jaymin were awesome to have here working to clear our drain issue. They weren't able to clear the drain with the conventional cleaning and so the service was no charge even after more than 2 hrs of work. They offered they're advanced drain cleaning but the cost was out of our budget so they offered alternative solutions which was greatly appreciated. They never pressured us to spend the higher amount like most companies do. 2 thumbs up Matt and Jaymin and Mainstream!

Tye and Nathan did an awesome job even in the cold weather. Repairs were done quickly and look good. Very friendly and courteous too.. would recommend to anyone in the Davenport, Wa area.. we had 2 broken underground pipes in the main and our house was backing up badly and now everything is great, thank u all.
