He also recommended some one to do the Sheetrock and painting repairs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and quickly assessed and resolved the problem! We also had several other plumbing issues that we had questions about. He was very knowledgeable about all of our plumbing issues and thoroughly explained all of many options that were available to us. He will have estimates sent to us concerning new toilets, a tankless water heater, and a referral to an electrician for our electrical needs. No power to my dryer. Know what they are doing with quick diagnosis and follow up recommendations. A new breaker was all that was needed. I liked receiving a picture of who to expect and when.

Excellent work installing a new bath faucet but feel that $450 to install a faucet that I provided is way more expensive than it should be.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable about his job, he unclogged the drain and took a look at my pipes in the basement and also checked out my hot water heater and gave me good advice about the condition of the hot water heater and he also gave me three estimates about the work that needs to be done to insure everything will be working properly for years to come. I am satisfied with his work and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Mainstream for any electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing issues because they know what they are doing and they came out and fixed my problem without breaking the bank.

Had a lot of work done by this company from HVAC to electrical to plumbing. Great service techs in all departments. The main office though had some major communication issues so I called customer service which gave me an email. After several attempts to contact customer service they finally got back to me after a few weeks. Kylie was apologetic and explained that their office and dispatch employees would be talk to about their miscommunication and mistakes made by their office staff. Thanks for making things right.

Steve is a great representative for Mainstream. He was knowledgeable and professional, while maintaining a friendly demeanor. My water heater hasn't been installed yet, so I can't critique their work until tomorrow. But based on Steve, I hoping the everyone at Mainstream is top quality. UPDATE: Had my water heater installed by Jack? (might have the name wrong) He did a great job installing my new water heater. The workmanship was top notch, as was his professionalism. Very prompt and courteous Technician tested outlet before doing any work and found that gfci oulets were connected on one circuit and the other bathroom gfci was tripped No repair was needed Honesty goes along way I would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs
