The technicians were professional and courteous. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. They described how the system worked, which included the thermostat and what should be done with the condensation box annually. Brant came out on time, troubleshot the issue and fixed the problem in short order. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

The Mainstream technician , Adam, showed up as scheduled. Was able to diagnose our problem quickly. And repaired our AC unit in very little time, while charging the most minimal service charge. This was all done on a Sunday afternoon when our area was setting record high temperatures of 100+! Adam was great! It was a second experience with Mainstream & we are totally pleased.

My Mother has been in my home in Hospice and to add a little kick, my toilet backed up. I was worried about bringing somebody into that situtaion for everyone involved. Then Ricky showed up and not only showed nothing but respect but that kid turned out to be much more to us than a plumber. My Mom still has most of her wits about her and both she and I found him to be not only a class individual but both his kindness and politeness were well beyond his years. Oh yes, he fixed the toilet without any problem and was both quick, quiet and clean. 5 Star employee rating for sure. Mainstream seems to know who to hire.

The technician Anthony was very helpful today. My mom’s AC stopped working and he explained everything. He had it fixed in no time. She was very thankful!

Our air-conditioning stopped working on July 9th. One of the hottest days we've had so far. I called another company that had serviced the unit 15 months ago. They couldn't get out until the 22nd of July. I called Mainstream. They sent Kenny, a service tech. He was so nice. He even talked to my son, also a HVAC technician in the past in Omak. They both agreed we needed a new system. Fast forward: the 18th of July. Between Kyle, Ethan, Cameron, Norm and Levi we now have new furnace and air-conditioning units. They were professional, organized, knowledgeable and especially kind. From the first contact to the finish, everyone was very nice and considerate. My first duct cleaning experience and it went better than expected. The gentleman named Johnny knew what he was doing and explained the process along the way. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. My place is older, been in it two years and could tell it needed a refresher. After he finished the job, I noticed the difference right away. Air quality is definitely better!! Very positive experience overall!
