For our home, what started out as an inquiry service call, turned out to be a new heating and air conditioning system install. EVERYONE at Mainstream has given exceptional care and service to our family. The install was amazingly choreographed and very easy on us. We would like to give particular shout outs to the team that was onsite with us. They each brought an outstanding level of knowledge and service. Special than you’s to - Josh, Cathan, Norm and Isaac. This high level of service was then followed by John and Johnny for the duct cleaning that was quick, efficient and thoroughly cleaned after. From start to finish Taylor and Nick did an outstanding job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and communicated what ws to be done and the options available. The job required picking up a new fixture which Taylor did early the next day, returned to our home and had it installed within an hour. Can not say enough good things about the two of them---they delivered the same level of service as every tradesman we have every had from Mainstream which I think this may have been our 5th or 6th time using either a plumber, electrician, or HVAC tech.

We had Ricky over to unclog a kitchen drain. He was extremely professional and did a great job, all while answering all of my questions as well. He gave us plenty of options for service and was very polite. I highly appreciate the courtesy and sharing stories with me. Highly recommend this company for any work

I’ve been looking to install a natural gas connection to the patio area for the grill. From the initial call, to the prompt visit to give an estimate, Mainstreet has been professional, friendly, efficient. A shout-out to Brent, who has been especially helpful.

Mainstream is definitely my new go to for plumbing and electrical work. They were awesome to work with and had great prices. I was actually shocked at everything they did for the price. Rickie was my plumber and was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and was in and out. He took the time to not only do excellent quality work but taught me some stuff as well. Zach came out to help with our heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed a small issue with some wiring and our unit was functioning perfectly. I would definitely use Mainstream again in the future.

Steve Stokke was awesome! He was just supposed to come to my house and give me a bid to replace a couple of hose bibs! With the intention of having someone come back on a different day. After a few minutes of talking. Less than 20 minutes later I had 2 new hose bibs replaced! He literally went above and beyond to make sure his customer was happy! I'm stoked! And I don't have the worry of leaking hose bibs! Thanks Steve! I will definitely recommend your company again!

Since my house was built in the 50s, there was no way to determine which switches and outlets were on which circuits. Most of our breakers did not match the labeling at all. The wiring scheme of the house made no sense. Techs had to separate my daughter's downstairs bedroom from the kitchen. They ran a dedicated circuit for the dryer. They installed AFI/GFI plugs in the kitchen, on each side of the sink, and separated the kitchen sink lights from the outlet. It definitely made them work for every penny they charged me. I thank Kyle, Kendall, and Joe. Kyle for the initial once over, and even including the washer after the initial bid. Thanks to Kendall and Joe for dealing with such a rats nest of an electrical map. Upgrading a panel does not fix the underlying issues. Being able to physically talk to them, on site, before they left, was perfect for me.

Super fast, super knowledgeable, quality work and a great team that came out to quote and do the work. Will use them again for any plumbing work we need in the future. Thanks Cody, tell the team thanks from us. Best!
