Nolan from Mainstream was excellent. We had an emergency drain clog backup. Nolan was very professional. Explained the entire process of what he was doing. Would highly recommend. Mainstream offers a month membership for only $9.99 a month which we will be joining. I would recommend getting that as well, for peace of mind and any future issues that we may encounter. Mainstream as a courtesy had to send out their ninja camera man Pierce to do some mastery camera maneuvers to get around our 1978 plumbing. Pierce did the trick and showed us an inspection view of our lines. Thanks Pierce and Mainstream for the continued professionalism.
