Our kitchen sink drain became terribly clogged and backed up on Friday evening. I called mainstream on Saturday to see if anyone was available and was assured that a tech would be with us soon and there would be no extra charge for a weekend call. Unfortunately the tech was heavily involved with a flooding job and couldn't make it but came over first thing Sunday morning! Our tech, Pierce Fleming, tried cabling, jetting, camera inspection, cabling and jetting once again when thankfully the clog was broken. It was interesting to see our now pristine pipes on the camera. Our tech was not about to give up until he won this battle! We were very impressed with the tenacity and Professional Knowledge that Pierce displayed and we would welcome him back anytime if there's a problem! He also left the area neat and clean and possesses a wonderful personality!

We had a kitchen sink that drained very slowly, I tried different chemicals from the hardware store, and snaking it myself with no improvement. Saturday morning I called Mainstream, very easy to get scheduled the same day. The office kept us informed about the schedule several times. Pierce a "Drain Specialist", called to let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. Pierce was very polite and friendly, he explained what he would do, the price and the possible outcomes. He was respectful of our property and clean and organized as he worked. Pierce was able to clear the blockage that was well beyond where I would have been able to get. His card says Drain Specialist but he's more like "The Drain Whisperer". We are very happy we chose Mainstream and would recommend them and call them again.

Mainstream was quick and great to work with. Anthony S. is a fantastic technician and he was real with us about the age of our unit and our options. We were so impressed we joined there membership program.

Josh came out and replaced the water heater. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the new heater features and how they work. I would have Josh do more work at my house anytime.

Steven and Nolan did a great job getting my plumbing issues resolved. They are both friendly and professional . Working hard to get the job done in today’s heat. Kudos to!

I was able to get a same day appointment. The technician came out on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided options of services that was needed so I could chose how much to spend. I didn’t feel like he was trying to “up-sale” me services I didn’t need.

Mainstream professionals came in checked my unit which was installed by R&R incorrectly. Mainstream was professional and accurate and provided options to me.

OK, first off I want to say that Nolan who came out to help us today with our drain is absolutely amazing! He took time to explain everything, was super professional, and genuine, no high pressure sales. This guy really went the extra mile. That being said, I have to tell you that each of my last four experiences with mainstream over the years has been excellent! The company, communication from start to finish is top-notch. Literally every time I’ve called I’ve been greeted warmly and was gotten back to just like they said they would without failure. And the pricing tends to always beat the competitors. Pricing is one of those things that they are fully transparent about and you will not get caught off guard with a high charge without your permission. Obviously, I highly recommend them and after this many experiences, we really don’t need to call anyone else!
