WOW!!!!! What a GREAT experience. I had a clog somewhere in my main line. So no shower, no toilet....NO ANYTHING. I called MAINSTREAM and they sent Kieran out to solve the problem. He analyzed the situation and determined the cause. He went about to solve the problem. He was neat and clean. He was courteous and efficient. He had the problem fixed within an hour. Very important the charge was EXTREMELY fair and reasonable.

We recommend Mainstream. Our furnace went out over the weekend and they came right away when I called Monday morning. We needed a new furnace and it was installed on Wednesday. The guys who Installed were great, quick and efficient. It is so nice to have heat again.

The tech, Joe, who came to do my furnace check today, was a pleasure. He was courteous, put on his shoe covers and went about his inspection with professionalism. Joe was friendly and gave me some tips on maintenance which were very interesting. Thank you Joe and Mainstream!

The technician who came out on my service was awesome. He we was honest, respectful and showed up exactly when he said.

The Service was great and the information was clear and the plan for repair was set up. He counseled me on my dinosaur gas water tank and explained to me that it was important for me to start seriously consider replacing in in the next couple of months and what the costs will entail. So guess I need to start setting money aside and make a plan to replace it.

Joe was on time, fixed the problem, and showed me how things worked. He pointed out some things that will need some work that he recommended to be done in the future to keep my heating unit working efficiently. I appreciated the low pressure sales options.
