The electrician dispatched for my service call was Kyle. I found him to be very personable, professional and patient with all my questions. He cleaned up after himself and even offered to vacuum up the little bit of mess left on the floor. Should I need electrical work again, I will certainly ask for Kyle to be sent out. Overall, very pleased.

Mainstream came out today to complete some plumbing work on our home. They completed leaking hose bibs and put a 1/4 turn in line for out irrigation system. The company was super responsive from start to finish. From the call, for the estimate to completion. Folks were friendly and professional and when the job was finished looked and appeared like they had never been there. Thank you for your professional work and cleanliness. Brent Damschen was the professional that completed the work. He was friendly explained what the plan was and completed in efficient order. Was meticulous in a clean work area, professional service and thorough. Thank you all again, we have additional work from the company with some electrical work and excited to see the quality of the service plan.

I messaged Mainstream via their website on a Sunday afternoon to tell them my tale of woe, I had twisted a copper water pipe off at the T trying to install a new bib outside myself. (Live and learn the hard way!) Within 2 hours I received a phone call about scheduling a plumber to come out the next morning. What a relief, as we had no water! Cody came out and looked at the problem, and we walked through a couple other issues I've noticed. Later the same day he had Brent and Ryan at my house repairing the broken water pipe so we could have water restored! I did not expect such prompt service!! They came back the very next day and installed a new tankless hot water heater, and a new check valve for my sump pump. Brent and Ryan went above and beyond - they even replaced the bib on other side of the house so it would match the new one in the back! They were so friendly and courteous!! I even caught them on my doorbell cam rolling my empty trash bin from the curb back to my garage after it had been collected! : ) These folks treat you like dear family!! I will be calling them for all of my future needs, they have earned another life-long customer! ***** Update 11/13/23 **** Mainstream rescued me, again! Another contractor was at my home installing new flooring. My bathrooms were finished at 5 pm on a Friday. WA state doesn't allow contractors who aren't plumbers to set toilets. Mainstream to the rescue!! Brandt arrived right after 5 as promised, with a cheerful, sunny disposition! He came in and got both toilets set in a hurry...no problems!! Thank you Mainstream and Brandt!

When witnessing a lot of water on our basement floor, we contacted Mainstream to fix what we thought was a simple problem which turned out to be our mainline. With problems and finances escalating, they patiently explained our troubles and provided options to best meet our needs and at the best possible cost that our situation could allow. Furthermore, they helped us arrange financing, in addition, they refunded charges made for plans that had to be changed. Also small unexpected jobs got resolved quickly without any additional charge. With multiple jobs being preformed simultaneously, all work was preformed surprisingly quickly and efficiently. They respectfully met our timeframes while keeping a pleasant demeanor. Being a first time home owner, I greatly appreciated everyone's patience to walk me through every unexpected circumstance and explain every repair. In fact to keep up with the mental overload, I researched some of the required repairs. And found that they were in fact giving me correct advice for the situation and found confidence that our old house is in good hands. I was looking for trust and quality and I believe we found that from a team who takes pride in their work, which I hold in high regards.They made me feel like "not everyone is out to get you". I am confident that we will reach out to them again for our future needs. We highly recommend them. I wish to say Thank You to Ryne, Brant, Matt, Tristan and others that I regretfully miss their names, for making a difficult moment a little easier.

I was in need of a garage heater, ev hookup, and several lighting changes. I talked with three companies and went with mainstream. Mostly based on the electricians that came to the home... they were very helpful, informed, and figured out the best alternatives. Took about a week to get them back out for the job, so the wait wasn't painful. Communication, service and delivery was exceptional. Very pleased with the outcome and professionalism of Mainstream and there team. Would absolutely use them again.
