Amazing service! Kyle answered EVERY question as diligently and throughly as he could possibly have, as well as giving us recommendations for some of our home modeling and replacing appliances. Replacing our outlets for the entire house (which is somewhere between 30-40 with a house that is nearly 30 years old) as well as the surge protector panel that was able to be installed as well was realistically half the price I was expecting it to be and could be done within a weeks time reasonably. I am VERY grateful and very happy with the service we received and was impressed by how important safety and overall peace of mind is and how he had explained how it could be safer or at least fixed to prevent it from being at risk in the future. Thank you so much!! Update: We had the pleasure of having Taylor, Patrick and Rion come fix our outlets, update our breaker box, change out our light switch panels and even change out our ceiling fan for us as well as a few other things. They did it ALL within just a few hours and made quick and efficient work of everything they did! Awesome guys who answered all of our questions and even informed us of a few things we didn't know about. They had casual conversation with us while they worked and it was just a fascinating experience overall and I now feel much more peace of mind in our old house all thanks to Mainstream and their Electricians!! Steve initially came out to quote me. He was extremely nice and educational. Josh came out to do the replacement same day. He was jovial and friendly. Both of them were accommodating to my special case of having a puppy and cleaning their shoes when entering my house. They were very good and efficient.

Mainstream was fantastic! Our older water heater was having issues and we called Mainstream and they had a technician out the next day. Steve did a thorough inspection and looked over all plumbing in the house. We had a few other plumbing items that we wanted done as well and he presented us with several options for service. This was on a Friday and when I asked how far they were scheduled out, he said they could be there on Monday! Our house has some unique aspects to it that made installing the tankless water heater a challenge, but the plumbers worked through to solve all those issues and were able to still install it the same day. I was impressed by their focus and attention to detail. During some of the plumbing work they had to replace a shower valve by opening up our drywall. They were able to get a carpenter out (Jeff H.) and he was very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond by touching up a few other divots in the wall that we had. We have been very pleased with Mainstream and their service.

A few weeks ago, I noticed oxidation, corrosion, and rust (not all in the same location) on my water lines. I researched, emailed, took pictures, and finally made the conclusion to call a professional. I messaged using Mainstreams' online service chat and was contacted during business hours that same day to set up an appointment for a quote. Ryne came out two days later and gave an assessment, quote, finance options, approximately when his team could start, and about how long it would take. My husband and I agreed to the terms and assessment and work started the very next day. Tye, Rob, and Kaleb managed to replace the entire water line from meter box to water heater, replace the water heater, make all necessary connections and repairs, get it inspected, and put all the dirt back in 2 days! Effort was also placed in clean-up and putting things back to how they were before. This team put in long hours, answered all of my questions with great detail, and completed the project a day early. Great job and thank you!

We use Mainstream for all our needs- their price is always competitive, but the best thing is I know I am getting quality service. Norm came out and did a fantastic job for us and the problem was quickly resolved. On top of his quick assessment, he installed a new thermostat I purchased, and he did it complimentary. We have never had nothing but great service from all their technicians.

Couldn't be happier. I was desperate with water pouring down my wall from my mini-split. Called on a Sunday and got service the next day. Less than half of what another company quoted for their minimum service call. Called on again for a water heater flush. Brent and Nick were the best. They helped me use the water to clean my garage floor and clean some storage buckets. Then they helped allay my fears about a possible water leak that wasn't. Be sure to ask for the annual maintenance plan. It's the best deal around.
