After our previous contractor hung a Ring device outside and got paid. We soon realized the device had no power to it. Upon texting the problem to our contractor; and the need for him to swing by and fix it…we couldn’t get any more communication from him. I've been using Mainstream for a few years and the service is always top notch. A good reason to continue to use them. Brent installed a new water heater for me a year ago and just now fixed some plumbing issues in my kitchen sink and two bathrooms. From making the initial call and speaking with Mayah who was extremely kind, friendly and attentive to Brent performing the work today, I'm very pleased. I got cancelled on yesterday which the dispatcher profusely apologized; stuff happens, gotta roll with the punches. Brent was diligent, also kind and knowledgeable and very easy to be around. I'll use Mainstream for any future issues I have. Great team.

Cody took the time to look and listen to what my problems were and even found a leak I didn't know I had. Jack and Tristen did good work and explained what they were doing. While showing me what they did Jack found another leak and issues I had with water heater. Glad I called.

We're adding a new building with a dedicated water line. Scheduling staff were awesome and energized. Cody from Mainstream came and bid the job at a fair price. Within 48 hours, Jack and Tristin were in a five foot hole making complex connections without any problems whatsoever. I left the hole open for two days without seeing any leaks. I called several plumbers, and Mainstream was by far the best priced and most professional. "Great job" to Mainstream.
