Sam Smiley, the plumbing expert had a whole house water filtration system installed (FlowTech) that does not use chemicals to filter out the high amounts of calcium in my community well water. He also had 2 more outdoor water faucets installed on my house (because I only had one), which has made watering my grass much easier. He supervised the moving of my gas line to the side of my house instead of under the floorboards of an old porch which was in the process of being replaced. He also installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for me. Sam was patient in answering all my questions and explained things clearly. Mainstream and their Project Managers have made things considerably easier for me by having electric,, heating, HVAC, air conditioning, and plumbing all together at the same company. Everyone I dealt with were exceptionally helpful and nice to work with. They also make an effort to help people get financing should they need it. A great company! Robert was the technician that helped install my outdoor faucets and has helped me with the problem of the over abundance of calcium in my well water that had coated my pipes and fixtures-which caused the “Hot Water On Demand” unit I had to not work without frequently flushing it. It was not financially feasible for me to have the unit flushed every 1-2 months, so Robert installed a “Flow Tech” unit and a filter which reduced the need to flush more than 1-2 times a year. He has been so helpful with all my plumbing issues, and has troubleshooted numerous issues involving the hard water. Robert is extremely patient with all my questions, very dependable, and has given me EXCELLENT service. I have referred him to other neighbors that request him every time they have a plumbing need, as I do as well!
