Nick and Ryan came to our house the same day we called needing help. We are having a major issue with our plumbing in our house which caused sewage water to back up and flood our basement! We are renters so we’ve had to wait on approval from landlord before plumbers could start work. Nick and Ryan called our landlords and they didn’t answer so I expected they would have to leave and go to their next job site but they said they’d wait a little longer and if the landlord didn’t call back they would move on to next job but stay late and return back later tonight if needed. Thankfully the landlords called back so they never had to leave. They’ve been very professional and have walked me through everything going on. They are capable of getting the job done and we are very thankful with their quick response! We are very thankful they took extra time to help us when other companies would have left! Highly recommend them!

Both young men were very polite, and very professional. They were not in a hurry but were prompt. They gave me advice on my drain so they wouldn’t have to come back:)

Joseph was an amazing help! He helped with cap off a fresh air intake to reduce the smoke we were getting in the house. He was compassionate and caring to our situation of people with lung issues, and gave great advice and education to other things we could do that would help. Thank you!!!

Mainstream Electric was very responsive to our needs and accommodated our need for a new toilet. We were on vacation at our lake cabin with 3 small children, 5 adults, and 4 dogs. The first technician (Clay?) came right out, assessed our needs (a new toilet), gave us a quote and scheduled Brent and Kaleb to come the next day. Brent called that day to say it would be the next day because he wasn't sure he could get the job completed and didn't want to leave us overnight without water. Both Brent and Kaleb were professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They even made a special trip at the end to get the correct sized bolt to complete bringing drinking water to the kitchen. That was the only part that did not come on the job with them. Even though the water had to be turned off, it caused very minimum inconvenience we will definitely use them again.

Quick and easy. Came in and got down to business. Drain all clear and water flowing well. Thank you so much.

Mainstream Review Exceptional Company We have been using Mainstream for several years now. We have always been happy. With our Routine service and inspection of our air conditioner, it was suggested we might consider a new unit. It was 17 years old…after all. Lol So in a very short time that day, WYATT came to our home. He listened to our concerns, about cost, noise, the mess of replacement. Wyatt provided us with several informed choices. Wyatt is Very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. We opted for a Lennox. The replacement was set for the NEXT day. Right on time Kyle and Jacob came. They too were very professional, friendly making sure not to disturb any landscaping. When finished…. Nothing had been disturbed! They worked very hard and everything is perfect. Then next day WYATT called to make sure all went well and we were happy. Mainstream is an EXCEPTIONAL Company and ALL their employees are happy to work there. It shows!
