Unbelievable company and workmanship! I am so happy with this company, and the way that they have treated my family and I. From asking what they can do to make me smile all the way down to the work that was completed. I am thoroughly impressed. It was also very comforting when the technician that was sent out to us was the same one that had completed another job at our house. Taylor and Ryan were very professional when they came out, diagnosed the easiest way to fix our problem, and completed the work right away. When they left, the area looked impeccable and our problems were solved. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for work in their house.

Second time using Mainstream Anthony was great. He showed up on time, did a thorough check of my furnace and made sure it was all working properly and ready for this winter, he was professional and friendly. Would definitely refer him. First time using Mainstream Brent and Caleb showed up right when they said they would. They were both very professional and friendly. Brent help me to understand what my problem was and what we could do to fix it. I'll for sure be going back to Brent and mainstream.

Lonny was very helpful and knowledgeable informed me that the company that installed my tankless should have installed a filter system for our hard water to have us get the life expected out of our water heater. I appreciate him letting us know this otherwise I would be replacing the water heater way before I should have too. Thank you Lonny!!

My garage had some water on the floor, soon I found out that it was my washing machine drain backing up. I called mainstream and they had a tech out in no time. I was so impressed in less than 24hrs I had a new water heater installed and my drain unclogged. I knew we were pushing our water heater being that it is almost 10yrs old so we opted for a new one. All the crew members were friendly and talked me through the process showed me the issues and gave me info on preventive measures for the future. All and all a great experience and the cost was as expected.

Had Zach come out to check on the HVAC, and he went above and beyond. Ended up getting duct cleaning, and his team did a great job. Super efficient and excellent customer service.

Tristan, Rhett, and Kaleb did an awesome job. They worked around my 5 and 2 1/2 year old grandkids questions and my huskies. Actually we kept the dogs out of their way, and the kids too. They would be welcome back anytime.

Josh and Nick arrived bright and early, full of energy. I needed to have the work done before noon and they were on the job, efficient and cheerful. It's very nice to work with pleasant, professional people, especially when the job is not so pleasant. 80+ year old pipes can be a nasty thing... They assessed what tools and supplies they were going to need and got right to work, finishing 30 minutes before deadline. That was great! I don't know when I've ever worked with anyone who didn't take longer than they estimated. I was so pleased with that quality. I do have some vacuuming to do, it's hard to control drywall dust. But overall, they did a fantastic job!

We just had Steve come out to fix our water pressure problem, and within 4 seconds, he showed us the valve wasn’t fully opened 😅 He looked at our plumbing and water heater also and made some recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks so much Steve!

We bought the annual maintenance package and this the second time we've had Joseph out to our house to tune up our furnace/AC and he has been stellar each time. Professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy on sales at all.
