Techs were very responsive to my concerns. A few unforeseen problems arose after installation of my new hot water heater but they were quickly addressed and fixed. All staff I dealt with have been extremely courteous and professional. Although Main Stream was not the lowest bid I received, they were the most thorough in making sure other areas of my house were in good working order and made recommendations to areas that may cause problems in the future. None of the other companies did this. I will certainly call Main Stream for future projects

So glad I called Mainstream! Kieran and Caleb were great - they patiently answered all my questions while working and left my sink draining like a champ! They called when they were half an hour out from arrival and were done in less than an hour. There was no high pressure “up servicing”, just well presented options for what I can do right now, as well as in the future to prevent the same issue from happening again. Great job, Gentlemen! We then discussed the things needed additionally, and he gave me quotes/recommendations for further work needing done ... Truly impressed. Its never enjoyable having to spend money on a new system but I am glad I went with Mainstream. Joe was very professional and explained everything as he tested (I like to learn things so followed through the process, probably annoyingly) the system and thoroughly explained his findings. Very good first impression and represented the company well. He made me feel very confident I chose the right place for the job. Poor Wyatt had to give the cost and confirm the findings which Im sure is never enjoyable but again, very professional. I was fortunate enough to get it installed today. Megan and Cathan were the installers and went above and beyond. It had to be at least 130 degrees in that attic but they never complained. Everyone in the process was amazing, thanks to you all!
