Called Mainstream electric and the experience was great!!! From the fist person I spoke with to set up an appointment, to Zack coming and assessing my A/C issue, to Chris coming to discuss options for improving my system to the professionalism of the installers (Meagan and Kaysin), as well as the electricians.

My wife and I continue to be very happy with Mainstream. We have had them come out to do electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and have always been incredibly happy with the work they've provided. Daniel and Josh installed our new furnace and A/C and they're working wonderfully! UPDATE: I'm very happy to say that Mainstream continues to provide excellent and professional services. Our electricians, Dan and Andrew, did an absolutely great job getting our living room and hallway in working order. And Jason and Sam were wonderful when they provided the initial quote.

We have used Mainstream for many different needs that have come up in our home and each time we are more than satisfied with the results and dealing with the technicians is always more than pleasant. This time was no different. John and Johnny were so polite and if the machine they use to clean the ducts didn’t make noise I wouldn’t have known they were there. Anthony(?)cleaned our furnace and again polite and efficient through the whole job. We will call the next time we need anything, Thank you

Everyone was very professional, clearly explained all my options and the pricing up front. I called in the morning and had a new water heater installed by early afternoon the same day.

The service was quick and the technicians were friendly and helpful! They even went as far as to clean our dryer duct free of charge! I will definitely be coming back to have mainstream take care of our HVAC system in a few years!

Our kitchen sink backed up almost 3 months after we’d had a Mainstream tech out to flush it. Fortunately our annual plan covered another visit and they sent out Kieran, who really went the extra mile to find the main clog and didn’t leave until he was confident it was fully flushed out. We’ll see how long this one lasts with our wonky plumbing…but I’m confident Kieran did a great job regardless.

Ken Murray was prompt and friendly and very knowledgeable about my AC unit. He fixed it and it was running great within a few minutes. I sure appreciate the service and he saved my family and pets from a severe heat related week and weekend. 😊 Thank you so much! You are awesome!!!

I was so thankful that our new system came with a free duct cleaning to make sure it’s working the best it can. John and Johnny came and did our duct cleaning and they were so nice! They were quick and efficient and got the job done well. Everyone that we encountered at Mainstream throughout our whole experience was fabulous! Highly recommend them!

My sump pump alarm went off and I was home alone at the time. Being a senior citizen I put the alarm on silent and tried to deal with a blocked toilet as best I could. I called Mainstream and they said a technician would be out at 9am next day. They were true to their word. I got a quote to fix the existing pump and one to install a new grinder pump. I did not know how old the pump was so decided to replace it. The work was completed the same day. Both Cory, who gave the estimate and Robert, who did the work were polite and professional. Robert tested the new pump and tested my alarm. It was more expensive than I was expecting, however this is the first home I have had with a septic system and had nothing to compare it with. Overall very satisfied.

They did a fantastic job putting our sewer pipe in and removing the cause, extremely polite and very knowledgeable and they were done in 3 days so YAY! Thank you Mainstream workers!!!!!!!!
