We had bought a ceiling fan and like most people intended on installing ourselves, however due to a shoulder injury my husband was not able to so I called around and read reviews. Glad I called Mainstream Electric. Charlie and Taylor were great!

Wow is pretty much all I can say regarding the service I received from Mainstream Electric. My husband is a disabled veteran with some sinus/breathing issues and our old home had an old electric furnace from the 80s that was costing us over $400 a month to run. Because it was so expensive, we had started to use our fireplace more but the dirt and dust from that was really causing my husband’s sinus issues to flare badly. I contacted a local veteran’s organization to see if they had any recommendations on places that might give a military discount to us. They recommended that we call Mainstream Electric because they have a Miracles by Mainstream foundation. When we reached out, they were so responsive and immediately said that they would love to work with us. They provided us with a substantial discount on a brand new furnace and heat pump. The install went almost flawlessly. It was originally scheduled to be performed in one day but someone at the supplier’s warehouse loaded the wrong type of line set, it ended up being a two day job. This wasn’t a huge deal though and they were so incredibly nice about it. Wyatt, Kyle and Jacob specifically were fantastic to deal with. They were patient and kind and willing to answer all of my questions or concerns thoughtfully and respectfully. As a woman, it is sometimes frustrating when men will talk down to you when you’re asking questions about things but I didn’t feel that way at all. They were so kind. Everyone from the receptionist at the office, to the plumbers and electricians were so wonderful. I also liked that they were respectful of my wishes of keeping the carpet clean while they were in and out and they put booties on each time they came in which I know was probably really annoying for them. If I could say one tiny feedback, it would be that I did have to do some cleanup of areas where they did some drywall work. There were some areas that were left not vacuumed that I had to clean myself but honestly, it was pretty minor. All told, it was a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them enough!

Jason came out and looked at my electrical situation briefly; gave clear and understandable advice about existing issues and scheduled service for me. A pleasant, intelligent and experienced electrician, Jason is top level.

Steve showed up and was very professional and informative about what main issues were and what needed to get done. I would recommend him back to my house again for future work and am grateful for his help.

Zach was amazing! Very professional and friendly. He helped us identify the problem quickly, and helped me find a few more I hadn't realized I have. He came to fix my ac, and helped me get a plumber lined up for a major issue we found. Same day service at a reasonable price. I'm definitely working with them again. 10/10 totally recommend!

Wow! The Plumbing in Bathroom was a nightmare. They came out right away and fixed multiple problems. I can't say enough about their professionalism and knowledge.
