Joe installed a Reme Halo UV air cleaner. Quick and well done. Another company did our office in CDA and Joe’s installation much cleaner more as manufacturer designed I suspect versus the other company installation. He also looked at overall system as well as helped us get better use out of our thermostat.

My technician did an awesome job. Ultimately fixing two drains that were not draining properly. One was a kitchen drain that had 70 years of grease that he got cleaned out. The ither ine he identified where a new part of the goose neck was part of the problem and reengineered it and fixed the drain.👍

Had a break near the sewer main. They dug it out and fixed it. That kind of work is expensive, but they got it done within 24hrs. I'm very satisfied with their efforts.

Mainstream is very attentive and had our service appointment scheduled within 2 days. We live a rural area and which most companies do not service and if they do they're 2 weeks out!
