After a nightmare of an experience of a refrigerator delivery and installation from a reputable large hardware company, Sam came to the rescue with an emergency installation of some plumbing to hook up our new fridge as well as replacing a part that had cracked and cased a leak in the main water valve in our house. Sam was professional, honest and knowledgeable and after our experience, we will continue to use this company and request Sam be our technician if possible. I cannot recommend this company enough, same day service was what brought me to this company, however the whole process from start to finish is what will keep me a client here . Brent came to my house to help work on a downstairs water pump. He explained things in a great way and helped me figure out new ways to make it work. In short this guy saved me hundreds and for that I am incredibly greatful. He walked me through the entire process and I'd recommend him to anyone. And I'll definitely call him again. Thank you man.

I had this company come out after previously having a different one out who did not solve what was going on with my furnace. There was a bit of a hiccup with my scheduling, but they still showed up the same day they were supposed to. They took their time and explained to my dad who met them at my house a couple different things that could be wrong. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to force us into scheduling repairs with them and explained how we could fix them ourself if we wanted to. My furnace is now working thank you to them.

Excellent service from start to finish! Had a crew out for several days to help redo our kitchen outlets and upgrade our house to 200 amp service. Very professional crew and answered all of questions. They were also very patient with my questions and explained everything they were doing in terms I could understand. We’re able to come out quickly identify the problem and repair it that same day. The technician also determined it wasn’t the more expensive issue and did a quick repair and I ended up paying less than expected! Great company I would definitely recommend them.

Technician was fast and efficient, courteous and fair.

He did a great job, flushing my water heaters for maintenance. He was timely and efficient and cleaned up after, even caught my dog when she accidentally escaped! Answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

Everyone I’ve worked with from this company has been courteous, efficient and wonderfully respectful. The two men who cleaned all my ductwork, Johnny and Isaiah, were super sweet and did such a good job! They initially pulled their vehicle in on one side of the house but had to relocate to the other, since the hoses were then closer to my basement. They shoveled my entire driveway (after the first Spokane snowfall of 2022) before they realized the other side was closer. I appreciate that so much, since I’m old!!
