I called Mainstream needing a water heater replacement. The call center and dispatcher were extremely professional and helpful, and prioritized my request because of my emergency situation after my water heater broke out of the blue and Avista turned it off due to it being hazardous. Steve from Mainstream called me with a 15 minute heads up before his arrival (which was less than 90 minutes after my initial call to the call center) and was able to give me a quote and provide the service same day. I was so grateful for his upfront pricing, efficient installation and helpfulness in showing us how to operate our new water heater. He was very friendly, clean, knowledgeable and got the job done! We will be using Mainstream for future household needs!

The gentleman was early. Diagnosed the problem fast and had it up and running before I knew it.

Dustin came out first thing and did his best to solve my issue. They were able to clear the pipes enough for minimal use and let me know exactly what needs to be done, why, what to expect and the cost. It did turn into a much bigger thing with three people here working on it. Overall while the repair will be expensive, it was a good experience. They were professional and kind and understanding.
