Mainstream was quick to get someone dispatched to my house when my AC went out, and had availability more than a week earlier than the shop that actually installed my system. Joe was great, arrived when he said he would, and diagnosed and fixed my heat pump quickly. I'll be working with Mainstream where possible for my HVAC needs going forward.

Johnny and the Mainstream crew were fantastic! They installed my A/C quickly and I got a duct cleaning free, everyone was friendly, attentive, and respectful of our home. Washing machine not able to drain. Was not the trap under washing nor the pea trap in sink next to washing machine. I tried drano and attempted to snake but unable. Called mainstream at 9:00am and he was at my door by 1:30 and done in 30 minutes. They will definitely get my business again… I didn’t realize how many services they provide.

The technicians were respectful of time, efficient, and super friendly. They had my kitchen valve leak fixed in less than 12 hours of when I called even though I called at 9 o’clock at night. The whole team was supportive and responsive to get them here and get the problem fixed!
