We had a clogged pipe in our kitchen and couldn’t get it out ourselves. I initially called another company that didn’t have availability until the following day. I called Mainstream and they said they had availability today! We were very pleased. I got a text message with details about our technician Ricky, the. He called to tell me his estimated arrival time. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and explained the issue in detail and took pictures showing me out problem and different options to resolve it. I chose the which option and he fixed it and sent me a detailed email about the process afterwards. Mainstream took great care of us and were quick and professional.

Appreciated Ryan's work today. He was prompt, willing to answer questions, and explained the processes he would use for the repair. After he completed the work he also did a 'walk through' and explained the improvements he made and how it would all work. He was pleasant and professional.

Gabe and Wyatt were both very professional and polite. Gabe was here within 90 minutes of our call. We are getting a new furnace at a great price and it is getting installed the next day.

Honest company that cares! Had a scary situation with a waterline break in my yard. This was not an easy task but Ty, Tristan, Matt, Rhett and Hunter were all so wonderful through the whole ordeal. I am one who tends to stress and over stress about things that are out of my control. But they all assured me that all is okay. They always updated me on their progress. Really great team that Mainstream has. I happily recommended Mainstream to family and friends. Kindness goes a long way. Rhett did not have too but when he was here on the last day delivering extra concrete for the two guys completing the work, our toilet started running (old fill valve). I went and bought the part, was going to put it in myself but my tools were burried and i could not get to them. I asked Rhett if he would be able to get the old valve off for me. He just went ahead and did it. Thanks mainstream for all your honest hard work. 2.9.2026 update. Came out for warranty work on my water heater. Two bad heating elements replaced covered under warranty. Thanks Robert.

Matthew was very professional, took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Made it easy to make a decision based on the age of our water heater and what was worth putting money into to extend the life of it or not. Appreciated that he didn’t just try to sell us on spending more money.

Steven was great. Took plenty of time to explain options and offered friendly, professional service.

Sam was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and had fast responses to all my questions Even brought up things that didn'tneed repaired immediately, but could cause problems down the line. He never forced any action upon us and even sent three separate option with quotes to fix those issues down the line if we should choose to. Highly recommend!

Matthew Dunphy did a 5 star service. Water heater flush was scheduled, but he also took care assorted repairs and upgrades in all 3 bathrooms, tested my water for hardness level, made adjustments in the water softener settings. Thorough and polite.

Ryan inspected heating system and made excellent recommendations which i readily adopted. These were designed to insure safety issues and great maintainance to safeguard the system. He also provided corrective measures to areas which were improperly installed by the builder.

We had a very old water heater that was still working and needed to upgrade it (see photo) we were able to remove the old heater and Mainstream came and installed a new modern unit . Thank you

Mainstream E. has come out twice to clear the main drain. A complementary inspection found excessive H2O pressure.Ryan was really nice. He explained everything I needed to know. All praise to Ryan. I'm Jan's son in law, who she appointed to have the work done. Ryan called to remind me. He came an hr after the call, completed the work in an hr. Showed me what he did, and how to adjust the valve if I had a dire need to. Great job!
