Ricky Saldana was my technician, and he was very professional at diagnosing and discussing the solution to best fit my needs. He went into depth about what he was doing and how to prevent my washer drain from backing up again, considering I have older drain pipes. My washer drain is now flowing as it should and I couldn’t be happier.

Tanner explained everything well, took pictures and showed me the split in the CPVC pipe which lead to water in crawl space. Suggested leak detection system so that any future leaks would be detected immediately without having to routinely check the crawl space. Pipe was up against concrete so he added pipe insulation to get it away from direct contact with concrete. He also checked pressure in outside water bib.

We had a technician out the day we called. He was polite, courteous, informative, and quickly completed the work.

Can't say enough good things about Mainstream Electric! We called them on a Saturday with a major electrical issue. They showed up that afternoon to diagnose the problem. They were back on Monday to replace our electrical panel. All Mainstream personnel were hard working, professional, knowledgeable and so easy so work with.
