I have a new baby in the house, and had a clogged bathtub. Mainstream sent Jaymin within 30 minutes! He was professional and empathetic to our situation. The issue was taken care of within 30 minutes and he had some great suggestions to handle future situations. Highly recommend Mainstream and Jaymin!

Taylor Baker, plumber, replaced my leaking water valves under my kitchen sink along with installing my new faucets on two sinks. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything in a manner I could understand. He explained the Mainstream Care Club benefits but did not pressure me to sign up. After evaluating the benefits, I signed up for a membership. I was very pleased with Taylor Baker. He showed up when he said he would and cleaned up after his installation. I will definitely ask for him for any future plumbing issues.

I have used these guys twice for clogged drain and replacement. Jaymin and Taylor came out right away and they were awesome! I am so happy with their service and work. Our drains work like new, they answered all questions/concerns, and their explanation was clear and easy for a non-plumber like me to understand. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs, really great guys!

Our technician did a good job with an electrical issue we had and gave us a bid for future work we’re thinking about. He was very thorough and did a great job for us. We are very happy with what he was able to accomplish.

The technician was prompt, very knowledgeable, and explained things well. I needed a light fixture repaired and all fire alarms replaced and he drafted a detailed quote for various options. They will do the work next week but I am confident they know what they're doing!

Thank you for your excellent service! Your technician, Gabe, came over on time for a scheduled tune-up of my furnace. I mentioned that my heat had turned on then off again that morning for no apparent reason. He found the problem and fixed it, letting me know exactly what had to be done. He took many pictures showing me components that had significant wear that may have to be replaced in the near future. Gabe was a friendly, capable, and professional young man … which is what convinced me to keep Mainstay as my go-to for my heating and cooling needs.
