Aaron Paul came out and did an assessment for a clog, and it ended up being a larger job he ended up. Being to get the work done in a cost effective manor as quickly as possible so that we could have use of the kitchen sink for use in the home. He was also quite knowledgeable and understanding.

These guys are amazing!!! Our heater went out in Dec. My mother in law was visiting for holidays, They came within hours, presented us with options and then brought electric heaters for us to use until the work was finished. They were fast, friendly, professional, just all around Amazing. Everyone from the very beginning. Thank u so much mainstream for saving our Christmas and getting our heating system replaced so fast.

We had the waterheater replaced a year ago and Shane was out to check on and flush the system. Being a Saturday, there was no determined time, but he did call with a heads up that he was on his way. Over all, I am very pleased with the service of Mainstrean and Shane.

Terrin arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He addressed my issue as well as checking the toilet in my additional bathroom. He checked all other places in my home where plumbing could become a problem as well. Completely satisfied with Mainstream and with Terrin.

Steve did an inspection of the plumbing indoors and gave me an evaluation of potential problems and solutions and then installed a new faucet in the kitchen sink. Steve was great and I would use him again.

Professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. Had my water system upgraded, gas lines installed, additional electrical service, furnace and A/C systems replaced, and some plumbing corrections. I had just moved into the house and found a one-stop-shop for all of the essential home systems to be updated and repaired/replaced. They follow up, show up on time, and even call after hours to ensure good customer service. Robert, Zach, Megan, Shane, Kyle, and a few whose names I didn’t catch. All have been a pleasure to have work in my home.

We have used Mainstream A LOT and for some BIG projects, too! Mainstream put in an entirely new sewer line without having to dig up the backyard because they have the latest and the greatest technology. Most other plumbers wouldn't have been able to do the same. During the initial service call, I especially liked how they sat me down with their laptop and let me watch as they dragged a camera up through the sewer line so I could see how bad the old sewer line was, explained what exactly I was seeing during the scope. The sewer line was ready to collapse, and parts of the piping were entirely gone. Mainstream was here the next day for a good part of the week and were on time, professional, super friendly (too our dog, too!), cleaned up any mess, put everything back that they had to remove or displace and left me every night before leaving with running water. The job came with a lifetime warranty and a service package that included free future service calls and discount on any future work. Recently, my tub had clogged on a Saturdaynight, had Mainstream come out that Monday, and ended up having them replace the entire plumbing sytem due to old corroding and rusting pipes and drains, and had them install a new tankless water heater. We have used Mainstream for hvac maintenance as well and like that they do it all! I can't give them enough kudos for the fantastic jobs they have done for us!!

Brent did a professional job installing the water tank particularly in a tight space. Also enjoyed visiting about our interest in Bulldogs.
