Shane came out late in his day to assess my problem . I told him he didn't need to put on the booties but he did and I thought that showed alot of respect. He got right in there and checked it out and explained to me what he felt needed to be done and what else might arise once they got into the project. He went right out and got a quote written up and sent to me. He called back a bit later to let me know when the service would be done the next day. Real straight forward and was good at understanding that I was feeling a bit stressed. Haven't had the work done yet but he personally was awesome.

The electricity failed at our residence. Mainstream was out very quickly and worked with the Avista, local electric company, to rectify the problem. Since our panel box was 32 years old, we decided to have it replaced. The work was done efficiently. Everyone from Mainstream, including Travis, did what they promised, when they promised. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and were here when they promised and completed the work, as promised. I would certainly recommend Mainstream Electric. They certainly did not disappoint. Shane was right on time to give us a bid for a toilet flange repair, and removing old tub hardware and replace with new. While he was going over the bid for the job, when I mentioned that the water heater was at our house we just purchased was ancient. He took a look at it and discussed our options. We add a tankless water heater to the job. Shane spent two full days on our job and worked so hard to finish on time. He was very professional and wore a mask when he was around us. In the end, it was a massive project that he took on and completed perfectly. We will keep Mainstream for all of our plumbing needs.

They came out and fixed the leak in the cold water valve. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome and polite

Kelvin was especially thorough. He even did a couple of things regarding my electricity that wasn't technically needed for the job he was doing but he knew it needed to be done for my safety and only took a few extra minutes. This is much appreciated. He explained everything he was doing and didn't mind my watching.

Patrick, Daniel, and Rhett did a great job with preparing and installing our new electric panel. We are now set for the new ductless heating and AC system next week. Great job Mainstream!!!

Fast and efficient A+

As a lawyer I am used to people/companies not following through with their promises/obligations. The plumbers at Mainstream Plumbing promised that if they were unable to fix my problem I would not be charged. They spent most of the day working on my building and, unfortunately, discovered that my problem was larger than originally anticipated. My project fell outside of their area of expertise. The point of this story is that this company FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH OUR AGREEMENT. I incurred no charge for all of their hard work. Due to their honesty and character this company now has a customer for life. Call this company if you want to be treated fairly. Shout out to Hunter Damschen and Aaron Paul. These guys are the best I've ever dealt with.
