Brent called when he was getting ready to come to our house. He worked really hard installing our new water heater. I heard Brent explaining things about the water heater and what he was doing to my husband. I liked that and I think my husband enjoyed watching him.

I had multiple installations done through mainstream electric and every time their customer service and technicians were prompt and professional. Even with one mix up they had corrected the air professionally and within excellent time. I would recommend mainstream services and we'll use them again.

We initially had Mainstream handle replacing our furnace. The guys were awesome and did great! When the electrician Jake came to finish hardwiring it in, we asked him about some electrical work and he gave us a good estimate. We scheduled with him specifically and it turned out to be a bigger issue than we first thought. He took the time to thoroughly check everything before starting and opened everything up to show us what was wrong and needed to be fixed. He was awesome with dealing with our little kids being around the house and was nice, thorough and professional!! We were super glad we had them do the work for us and would be happy to use their services again!

We have used Mainstream for quite some time, and today they again demonstrated why we are repeat customers. Our emergency heat went out on a Monday evening and the low was forecast to be single digit temperatures. The first thing Tuesday morning Anthony showed up and was able to troubleshoot the system. He quickly went and picked up required parts and got it functioning properly. We appreciate the professionalism and expedited repair as the temperature will be even lower tonight. Great job!
