So I have been having electrical problems in my home so have been looking forward to this visit! My son was home and dealt with everything and he was beaming with compliments from the visit. He said that they arrived early which is awesome got every issue handled quickly and everything that needed to be addressed was handled and we no longer have the issues we did! Very nice! He told me that the workers was funny kind and informative and very friendly! Would definately recommend their service to anyone because they got the job done and according to my hard to please son were a joy to deal with! 5 star SERVICE!!! Yan arrived promptly on time. Very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable about residential wiring. I had a free evaluation of my electric furnace. At first I was informed that I had to re-schedule this evaluation because mainstream called but I was hauling boxes out to my garage and missed the calls. I did call back as soon as I got in the house and checked my phone. One of the calls they made told me I would have to reschedule this. But surprising Ryan Hooley showed up anyway without his truck... He got stuck coming up my horribly ice covered driveway. He was courteous, friendly, polite even after my big friendly dog was all over him. He got right to work. Nothing was wrong with my furnace it all checked out. He then left on foot to make his way back to his truck. I offered to take him to his truck but he wanted to walk because it was a beautiful day. I showed him a path to take so he didn't have to walk the icy driveway. Hats off to you Ryan...:-)

I had the honor and privilege of having Cody Bradley come out to my house chat with me about heater water options! Cody is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional, and all-around a great person. From start to finish, he was about my satisfaction as a customer. His passion about the mechanics of waters heaters and plumbing made me excited to learn more and consider future options of where to invest in my home. I ended up choosing a tankless water heater option. He walked me through all the affordable financing options, which made everything painless. This is the second time we have had to call someone out to fix the mistakes previous Mainstream operatives made. The personnel who installed our new tankless water heater did not cap off the vent pipe properly which led to leaks and drips through the ceiling in the laundry room. This time the workers who installed the new high efficiency furnace did not seal off a pipe properly, which resulted in another leak. Thankfully neither leak caused major damage. We have always trusted Mainstream employees to be careful and efficient - now we are beginning to wonder.

My furnace quit working on a Thursday night.I called Mainstream Electric the next day and had a tech at my house a few hours later. His supervisor Alex stopped by and looked at the furnace too and said it was old and that Rheem doesn't even make parts for it anymore. It's was 44 years old. He recommended replacing it and the AC and gave and exact estimate complete with a military discount. On Monday at around 9:30 in the morning the install techs Adam and Brock along with two electricians started working. By 4:00 my new furnace was heating the house! All work done exceeded my expectations and the guys were very informative and respectful answering questions with yes sir. All of the gals I talked to in the office were great too.5 Star service all around. I highly recommend Mainstream Electric for all of your heating and AC needs. And I was told they do duct cleaning as well. These guys are awesome!

Our plumbing was gurgling on Monday. Had a tech out on Tuesday who did what he could, but we were on septic. Septic guys worked hard Wednesday to find no septic issue, but camera showed a clog in main line. Thursday mainstream tech, Aaron Paul, came out to clear. He had to inform me instead our Orangeburg pipe had given out and our best option was to get connected to sewer now. At this point there was nothing going through, of course, so he waited for his supervisor, Daryl, to get here to talk about what they could do and cost. We worked it all out to something we could afford (and didn't feel taken advantage of because of my situation, the opposite actually). He explained what to expect. Friday morning Ty and Bo, the excavators, show up and start digging. Aaron and Hunter, plumbing techs, show up later. They worked hard, though there was a celebration break when I could finally flush. By Friday evening we were connected to the sewer system. I can certainly say our Mainstream experience was excellent from start to finish.

Taylor was great and super proficient and professional! Will call him again for any plumbing needs we have.
