So far just had a routine heating checkup, but their Service Partner Plan makes it easy to keep up with scheduling those appointments at a very reasonable price. The technician was quick and didn't push any additional products or services. He told me how everything looked and made sure I knew there were options for upgrading the thermostat and/or furnace, but that they really weren't necessary at this time.

Mainstream Electric to the rescue again! Second time I have had to use them for a repair in less than a month! Hope no more needed in the future, but should it arise, they will be my first call! Taylor showed up to troubleshoot what I thought was a leaking hot water tank; ended being a leaking pipe. Taylor took the time to find the actual source of the issue and had it repaired in no time. I am again impressed with the top notch employees they hire, Taylor being one of them. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 STAR. ☆☆☆☆☆ My furnace broke on Monday they sent a technician to look at it same day, they gave me 3 options. One to fix my 25 year old furnace, two to replace it with the new equivalent option and Three to upgrade it with options that I wanted. After last scorching summer I chose a heat pump with AC. The very next day Megan and Zach showed up and had an entirely new system installed in one day. Electricians Miguel and Sam came in and did the connections and added a service plug. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Mainstream to all my friends and family. I Thank Mainstream much for prompt attention to my needs!

A part on the condensate unit stopped working. Mainstream sent Norman to take a look at things. He was professional, respectful, and friendly. He got the part replaced in less time than I expected.

I made an appointment to get my furnace maintenance done for the year and the technician that came, Anthony was great! He took the time to explain everything he was checking and let me know about any areas I should be concerned about. He also gave me tips on some steps I can take to keep my system up and running.
